1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, purchases, and deliveries made through our website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and Availability

We sell only brand-new video games, consoles, and accessories for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch. All products are subject to availability. We strive to keep our inventory updated, but errors may occur.

3. Prices and Payments

  • All prices are in euros (€) and include 21% VAT unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

  • Payment must be made in full at checkout using available methods (iDEAL, PayPal, credit card, etc.).

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship only within the Netherkands.

  • Standard delivery time is 1 working day.

  • Shipping fees are shown during checkout.

  • Delays due to postal services or customs are outside our control.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Herroepingsrecht)

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason.

  • The withdrawal period ends 30 days after you receive the product.

  • To exercise your right, contact us via email with your order number.

  • You must return the product in unused, original condition within 30 days.

  • We will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving the return.

❗ Exceptions: Opened software (e.g. unsealed game discs) cannot be returned due to copyright/licensing concerns.

6. Returns and Warranty

  • All products are covered by a 2-year statutory warranty under Dutch law.

  • If a product is defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will repair, replace, or refund the item as appropriate.

7. Privacy and GDPR Compliance

8. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the value of the item purchased.
